Get Tweetdeck - as this allows you to manage multiple business personalities with ease and multiple Twitter accounts and Facebook. One Tweet can go to any or all. You dont have to log in and out of each. 2. I read The Little Book of Twitter and that encouraged me to start interacting with people, replying to their Tweets and re-Tweeting them and that alone has had a great impact on my number of followers. I really think Twitter is a very cost effective use of my marketing time and, of course - fun, which is essential as you know! J hi Margaret
